Ok so i have read what i could on the general sizing of boards, what people prefer and so on.....
Now based on my dimensions, 1.8m or 6 foot, and about 120kg or about 240lbs i think, Now on my length a 157 or similar board should be ok, but based on my weight should i rather look at a 164? This will only be slope / mountain, no park rat stuff. |

From what I have learnt, board length will be based on rider weight, but you also need to check the weight the board is rated for by the manufacturer. I rode a 164 board once as I thought it was better suited for my weight, but found I battled with it, it was very stiff, I found a 159 to be better.
