Default skate banana? Jumps?

Well i was looking into snowboards for next year and i wanted a board that would be best suited for jumps and would be able to grip the lip of the jump better than my artifact. Its hard to face the music but when i measure my jib game against my jump game i suck at jibbing. So back to the topic I really want a board that can handle jibs and excel in jumps. I'm open to suggestions all opinions are welcomed

And you think a piece of fruit is going to help you?

Not just a piece of fruit. A piece of fruit designed for skating.

Actually, does this mean that the skate banana is not designed for snowboarding and is merely a thing to strap to your foot while your outside the cafe sipping the latte?

It wouldn't be my first choice if I was looking for a jump board. Not even close.

It probably isn't going to serve you all that well on jumps at greater speeds, i.e. huge jumps, but it should be fine at most medium and under. If you're going to put that much money into a board, you may as well get a NS Evo. It is a good all around park board that can also handle speed. NS Proto could be an option but if you are staying in the park, I'd go with the Evo.

So far Ive taken mine off 30 foot jumps. I just started pushing my park game this season so I'm not hitting massive jumps yet. My Banana felt totally fine for 30 footers, and most peeps Ive talked to say rocker boards like the Skate Banana are fine up to 40-50 feet. I think it comes down to personal preference.
