I would grab it provided you're not likely to lose a bunch of weight in the near future. You might be ok on width, Forum wides are not really wide, usually their standard width equivalents are just really narrow. The 158W Chilly Destroyer I had was only around 254 at the waist. It would depend on the specific board and the model year, though.
With a 9.5 boot, you can certainly get away with that. It just won't be as responsive as a standard width.
Forum is actually an ideal company for us smallish footed folks. Like Kimchi said, their standard width boards usually run narrow to begin with. Which is probably one of the reasons why I like their boards
I'm a big monster and I ride a 252 waist board with an 11 boot. I don't think you'll like the response with a 9.5 if we are talking all mountain/groomer riding.
In pow, I like more length than width, but my Hovercraft has a lot of width too. What are you looking to use the ride for?
