Deciding what snowboard to get

Hey guys i am looking for a snowboard thats good in the park as well as ridable on the mountain. I looked at the ride kink and dont know if i should get the wide version or regular version
thx

ps. Any other recommendations on boards.

Hey mate,

Noticed you made three posts that are all still on the front page with the same theme (what board/is this board good). If you can, try to keep it to one thread. Often threads will evolve into other topics (for example: What board should I get leads into a discussion about the Ride Kink and what size is best).

Anyways, regarding your question: If it's a local buy just go in with your boots and the bindings you want to use and ask them if you can try out a wide and the regular. I'm an 11.5 boot size, but I can sometimes get away with regular and mid-wide boards because I have somewhat severe angles (21, -15 or 15, -15).
