I weigh 145 and rode the 153. One of the funnest boards I demoed at SIA this past year. It might be a tad soft for most people as a quiver killer. Per riding style, I like the softer offerings out there. I like softer jump boards, more playful all mountain boards, and regular all mountain boards make good freeride boards for me. So for me the Whatever made one of my favorite quiver killers, but for someone that likes the more "standard" flexes for their riding styles it may be too soft.
You might check out the Goliath if you wanna stick with Bataleon. Other's I highly recommend are the Arbor Blacklist and Signal Omni. http://www.angrysnowboarder.com/?p=9537
