hey guys whats up. im new to snowboarding, only been once and love it. i was thinking about buying my own gear. i need some help finding a board, bindings, an boots. ive got a budget of under $300. when i went, i rented a 155 (not sure how the size affects it) size board.
weight: 145, give or take 5 pounds height: 5'9 age: 16 boot size: 10 riding style: freeride? any help on finding me something would be great. the 155 board i used seemed pretty good. thx guys

Thats a decent budget, about what I had. Search craigslist for board, my brother found a like-new condition Salomon Prospect for 135, and I got my Forum for 150...and check local stores for sales because its the end of the season (Dick's sporting goods still have stuff since I bought it a month or so ago, basically all of the bindings and whatnot are still there...found boots for 85 and bindings as well...)
And definately try on various boots to see how they fit

At your weight I'd go with a 151-155 (155 for deeper snow etc.) You don't weigh much and board bigger than 153 will be a PITA at your weight. I've never heard of the board you are looking at so it could be anything, don't buy it at walmart
