Alright,
I know that there are other threads on this but want to just see a list of the waxes recommended by you guys for your boards (and whether you use different waxes for different boards). I have never waxed my boards (or had them done in-store - probably this is tantamount to murder -) but I just got an iron for £3.84 and want to get them all nice and waxy! There are so many different types and I am struggling to see which would be best as they range from like £5 to £100 which is mental!!! Also a n idea of how often it is recommended to wax a base (mine are all sintered) Anyway I apologise if this is in the wrong thread - but it is about boards and i didn't know where else it could go! Thanks guys

You're in England in the domes just get an all temp soy wax probably something from Bluebird, Pom Pom/Magical Go Go, or Purl it's environmentally friendly, deals with that ice crystal shit you have better, and they're good companies.

Not unless you want to breath in really crappy chemicals and hurt your lungs. Honestly if I wax and that's a huge IF I use bluebird soy all temp. The last shop I worked in I had that 100 dollar Swix shit I never noticed it did anything spectacular but I also wasn't trying to smuggle grapes through gates at 100mph speeds trying to earn a medal for my country.

Yeah all I use is what is on sale for the week have never spent over 10 dollars for 100g of wax. Never had any problem just mix and matching my wax.
