I found this burton board in the trash does anybody know what it is?

there's nothing visibly wrong with it, the edges are a little dull and it needs a waxing, but other than that it looks pretty good. It was in the garbage along with a 03' burton custom and a '01 lamar impact. They all look pretty good, we just cant figure out what this thing is. I have no intentions of riding it, I was just going to keep it as a loaner.

waht are you doing with the other boards. I would like to make a snowbaord bench if you want to dump them for a bit of cash...

Hey I do that too, and a lot better than Zumiez I might add . Either way you found that board exactly where it belongs All kidding and manufacturer bashing aside, it doesn't look to be in bad shape. No clue what model. Send your pic to Burton they'll know. Check the inserts to see if the screw holes are stripped/crosthreaded. My guess would be they were stolen for the bindings and dumped due to serial numbers etc. I don't see any other reason why they'd be in the trash in that condition.

Yeah, the wording of the subject-line was just an open invite for some (good natured) Burton bashing.

To be honest, I almost threw-out a deck last week. It was an old 153 Santa Cruz. I had stuck it up on Craigslist, but no bites. I got sick of having it around, was just gonna toss it. I knew someone would take it, and maybe put it to better use than I would. I tried craigslist one last time...and someone bought it on Sunday.

But, shoot Burton an email. They should know whats up.

The board had cheap looking plastic burton bindings on it, I already took them off any threw them out.

anyways... I'd go with the email burton... They would most definitely know.
