My Never Summer Evo 2012

Hey guys, my 2012 NS evo just arrived yesterday but I've got a question...
I got the green base with blue graphic and the green base isnt evenly colored at all, there are two "stripes" of yellowish green that run along the length of the base (can post pics if needed to show what I'm talking about), its pretty noticeable too. I'm sitting about 15 ft from the board right now and its plain as day lol.
Is this normal??

I wouldn't normally think twice bout this but the place that I ordered it from messed up on my order also by sending me size 9.5 boots in a size 10 boot box (I ordered size 10 boots.....), thus this got me a lil leery...

Most likely what you are seeing is the carbon stringers right under the base giving a slight off coloration. Hard to know for sure with out pictures though.

The season is almost upon us!!!!

Probably right. However my Revolver doesn't have any marks and I can't say I've ever seen any that way.... I didn't notice it on an Evo I just looked at a couple days ago either, but who knows.

Pics pels

Sorry in advance about pic size.

Couldn't get great picture quality on my phone, may use my buddy's HD camera tomorrow to really show the yellowish.
What ya guys think?
Oh and btw, On the topsheet of the board it only says: "Evo" with purple and green splattered paint on the white letters.
In all the other pics of peoples' 2012 NS evo they all say: "It came from the city, Evo" in white letters or something like that...

That's the core showing through the slightly transparent base material. The green base on my SL looks like that too.

OK phew! lol, I figured it was just something like that but was a lil worried when:
1. I got the wrong boots in the correct box :/
and,
2. The topsheet "Evo" letter graphic, anyone know why it doesn't say: "It came from the city, Evo" ?? kinda liked that lil saying

Mine doesn't say it either. I also remember seeing someone else asking that, meaning ... they took it off the newer runs.

i got the blue base. I kind of wanted the green base, but then I figured, meh I'm a low key kinda guy so the blue works well.

I was told by NS that the "It came from the city..." has been removed from the 2012 catalog of boards. Don't sweat it, you're good .
