158 should be pretty much bang on for you. Could even go 156 if you aren't doing much steeps and deep pow.

I've also got my eye on a Rook but i'm having trouble finding a sizing chart for mid-wide boards. Needing a board Japan Niseko next year and looking for a good all rounder that can tackle a bit of everything.

Can anyone point a little insight on whether a size 9 boot would be compatible with a mid-wide board?

Thinking of getting a 154cm or 156cm at the moment.

I'm 5'7 and 156-160lbs

Size 9 boots are compatible I'm pretty sure every board,
