help me in board tuning

i got a freestyle soft board , and my last board was an all mountain stiff one. so when am riding my new board down a steepy speedy hill i have a little bit of difficulty in control and sharp turnings when keeping high speed on my heelside. so if i tuned my board , will it be better ? i have no ideas about walss and thier degrees , mine is almost straight.

i know if i sharpen it it'll catch on rails.but i rarely do rails we dont have a park here. so how should i tune it ? please tell me the degrees in centrigrades like 45 90 whatever..coz i dont know how u measure them in snowboarding language. and how should i get it done. thanks .. if know more elaborate.
