double checkin im using the magne traction tool right

never messed with one of these just makin sure im sharpening the base and sides the right way...

I am not sure that is meant to be a base edge file. For you side edge it looks correct.

Most of the file guides are for the side edge and not the base. There are some that are designed to sharpen the base edge though.
