How wide is the NS proto ct at the inserts

I measured my foot and its 27.8 cm. I ride -15/15. My old boots were size 12 and my old board was a ride mountain 159 from about 2001. Half of my shoes are 11.5 and half are 12's. I felt like I didnt have enough leverage on my old board. However it was a very wide board. i saw the waist measurements on the proto and proto ctx and wondered what the width was at the inserts.

tldr: debating between the proto ct 157, ct 160, ctx 158, and ctx 160

bump.... I am looking for this info as well. Anybody with a proto ct or ctx that can provide this measurement? I went to the shop to measure for myself, but they didn't have any protos in at the time.

I ended up getting the CT 160. It will be here around Tuesday of next week. I can measure if you'd like. I figure it will be okay with a size 12 low profile boot (burton shrinkage tech or similar)

That would be great. What did you end up getting for bindings and boots?

I bought a pair of auto drones but I may be returning, not sold on them. Need to do some more research (also i got an XL and I think depending on boot size that might be too big). Boots I havent bought yet gonna go into my local shop and try em on this thursday

Let me know how it goes. I have the same size feet and am looking at the proto as well. I am also replacing a 2001 ride timeless so looks like we are on the same upgrade path.
