Default Choosing a snowboard

Hi, I'm looking to buy a snowboard after taking a several year break. Could you guys help point me to some good choices?

Weight: 185 (I fluctuate between 170-200), 5'9"
Boot size: 10.5
Riding style: I like it all, but freecarve/race is by far my favorite. I can ride both regular and goofy.
Age: 28
Budget: Probably doesn't matter. Most boards I see are $1,000 or less, and I can easily afford that.
Your location of riding: Stevens Pass, WA
Experience: Tons of riding as a teenager, used to work at a ski resort and ride every day. Haven't gone in 8 years now though, and am ready to get back into it.
Graphics: Prefer something plain and simple, but it really doesn't matter.
Riding frequency: Probably 30 days this season, and 40-50 in future seasons.

I also don't know what boots/bindings to get. I previously used K2 Clickers, but I see that step-ins have gone the way of the dodo during my hiatus. I like having a high degree of immediate control/responsiveness.
