At a tent sale this wknd, I was digging through the shops boards and found one of the Capita Quiver Killers in there from last season (2011) for $250 so I scooped it up. It's a 159 with a waist of 25.7. I've been riding the same 159 Nitro Suprateam for quite some time. So it was time for a new board and this was a really good deal. I'm interested to know if you guys think this board will be too wide for me. I'm 5'10" 185lbs and wear a 9.5 boot. I ride pretty low angles 4degrees and -2degrees in the back. I was looking for a little more stability at speed for all mtn riding (a little stiffer board that I can pretty much do everything with, I don't really go into the park much at all, maybe once or twice a yr. I spend my time on groomers and slackcountry trees). I've been riding for 10+ years I wouldn't call myself an "expert" but I've got the bases covered. I setup my bindings on it last night and the boots barely go over the edges. Its definetely a tick wider than the nitro. Whatcha think???
