Also check out the GNU 11up on sierrasnowboards.com. It's a steal at $250 with MTX and $200 without. I ride the 11up without MTX and really like it as an allround board. It looks different than most other boards as well which is kind of nice if you don't want the same burton custom as 50 other guys on the mountain.

most boards are compatable with most bindings...I think the exception is some burtons, which you would need a plate to put on their boards.

Its pretty easy, but the distances I'm not so good at...

Board: Directional
Bindings: Burton Missions 07
Boots: Burton Freestyle 07

i think you would be much happier with the chb with arsenal/390 bindings. Rome makes solid bindings and the cbh is a good board an 200 is a really good deal. Its going to get scratched up anyway so being a second isnt a big deal.

mounting bindings is easy. all you need is a screw driver. Plus i know that rome gives instructions in th box for adjusting everything. Im sure other brands do as well. All bindings will basically fit any board. If you have a burton board and non burton bindings you just need to get the 3 hole baseplate. Or the other way around you would need to get the 4 hole base plates.

I may be wrong but i think thats a beginners board and bindings you posted.
