Alright some opinions? (Arbor Draft)

My buddy won a Arbor Draft in a contest. He is offering a KILLER ($200) deal on it. I dont really know anything about the board or arbor themselves except I have a couple of their stickers.

Arbor

This is the board im talking about. Really hoping for some feedback. Ive read it has bronze edges..? Idk what that means really. Im a park rat. So im figuring that this board will probably fit. The only board Ive ever ridden is a 163 kemper in the park so Im thinking this is going to be a hell of a lot different. Also will any type of bindings fit this board?

Great boards, and $200 is a steal... U being a park rat, U should thoroughly enjoy this board; It's got the ROCKER CAMBER (which is super fun buttery feeling), The bronze edges are another feature geared towards park riders as well (Bronze being softer than steel, will grab less on rails and boxes)

If you don't pick it up Let me Know!

Any traditional base plate style bindings will work.

You ride a 163? What are your dimensions (weight, height, boot size)? The Draft is pretty soft.

If you ride mainly Big Bear, then the Draft should be a pretty ideal board given the right size for you. Most of the Arbor team ride the Draft when they're at Big Bear.

Good considerations, board will be way different than a 163 traditional camber.

It's actually just rocker. Parabolic rocker. Heard it works great.

What size is the board and what size are you.

Van Delirium Episode 1 - YouTube

That is the draft I think (correct me if I'm wrong). Fast forward to 45 seconds.

Lol ive always figured the board was to big I'm 6 foot and weigh about 150. The board was given to me by my brother so I can't complain. Size 11. Its a 153. Thats cool about the bronze edges. Can you sharpen the edges?

I think the 153 is now perfect for you. Wow a 163? This thing should maneuver like a dream compared to that boat. The Size 11 I'll have to defer it's wide enough but perhaps shouldn't be a problem.

Sure can sharpen them, just going to want to use a more course file, or apply less pressure and more swipes.
