Default Omatic Celebrity Camber?

I found this board on Whiskey for $120.00. After reading some reviews I figured it's cheap why not throw one in the quiver. When I received it the first thing I noticed was the amount of camber on the board. It is supposed to be the BS technology which is some sort of neutral rocker or something like that. Has anyone else had experience with this?

If it's camber it doesn't have BS tech on it.

Makes sense, I was just confused because everything I saw about this board stated it had the BS tech. Oh well, from the reviews it should be a fun little ride.

To clarify, I'm pretty sure this board comes in a choice of traditional camber or BS (rocker/flat hybrid with the "3-D bowed-surface" near the edges).

On their website, you can see they have two options for each length of the board, one with BS after it, one without. It sounds like you got the traditional camber version (no BS, pun intended)

Looking back at the WhiskeyMilitia deal from September 25, it does look like they specified the BS version (if that was the one you bought). I suppose you could contact them about it. Either way, at least the price was great, and I'm sure it will be fun in any case.

Obviously I wasn't thorough enough in my research. Thanks for the responses

Go for something else dude. There are plenty of last years boards being cleared out for this seasons stuff. Plus...if the omatic breaks...chances are you wont be able to warranty it.

I have the same Omatic Celebrity from Whiskey and when I lie it flat on the ground, there's like a TINY bit of camber, but its basically flat compared with my other boards. I'll take another look at it when I get home.

It's not as rockered as a Banana, the edges around the contact points are raised, but its not cambered as a normal board. It's right in the middle somewhere.

Interestingly, I have the BS tech version, and I almost thought it seemed to have a very tiny bit of camber as well (not enough to even be visible, but just barely enough to feel on a hard surface). I believe it is supposed to be flat between the bindings and rockered a bit towards the tips, but mine appears to be basically just flat (even compared to my son's Ride board that has LowRize rocker which is quite subtle). I did confirm that it has BS tech with a straight edge though.

A few pics (forgive the ugly, rusty straightedge):
