stomp pads

anyone use them? if you do...anyone got any good sites to get a decent stomp pad? i have the issue of my back foot slipping off whenever i'm trying to maneuver when i'm not actually carving the slopes, and the same goes for getting off the lifts sometimes... advice?

try jamming your rear foot up against your binding.
