i currently ride an 06 burton royale 158. im about 6'1 and i have a size 11 boot (why i went with the royale). im looking for a more freestyle type board for next year with a little more flex then the royale. since ive always road all mountain boards do u by freestyle boards a little smaller or no?
so far the only board ive looked at is the rome machine. Any suggestions? |

you'll have to wait till the stuff for 09 gets posted online, but i know some guys that are riding next years nitro stuff (they haven't been to big on nitro in the past) and they say they're some of the funnest boards they've ridden. also, half or more of libs line next year is either mtx or btx. and i'm a firm believer that rocker is the true technology for a true everything board (rails->park->groom->pow). other notables are the rome agent, and all the santa cruz boards. SC makes a board perfect for size 11, its called the perfect 11. My top picks are either one of the new nitros, skate banana, or any SC board. and yeah drop down a size or three. if the royale is sized right for your weight then for a park board do a 153ish
