just a quick one

I have size 12 feet would the burton custom x 160 be wide enough?
Any help/advise would be great!

True, but I quite like the look of the x. If people think it won't be wide enough I'm sure I will go for the wide. Just being picky lol.

I actually just met a kd in the shop today with a 12 boot and a custom wide. I asked him the question because i remembered this thread and he said he rides fine with them

250mm Waist width, and 12 boots........If you pull it off it'll be close. You would need wide angles, and a wide stance, which considering the kind of riding the X is made for, that's probably not what you want.

The Custom X Wide is really only a mid-wide (259mm) So it won't hardly feel that different under your feet, and not having the toe and heel hang will be worth it. Plus it looks exactly the same, except the Wide version has a Black top sheet rather than white. No big deal.
