Default Board Recommendation

Hello,

Looking for some board selection advice.

SPEC
I'm currently a pretty good intermediate looking to progress to advanced, 213LBS without gear, 6'0, Size 12 boot, K2 Cinch Bindings.
I mostly free ride on groomers, some backcountry, and love speed with big deep carves.
Not much of a park rider so Jibbing etc doesn't really apply.

Currently looking at the Rome Anthem (Wide?) as one of my selection choices.

Was looking for some help on board selection.
Any help would be great

Thanks in advance everyone,

-M

hey guys, just got off the phone with a local snowboard shop.
He recommended a GNU Riders choice, since they don't carry never summer . Opinions?

Oh and thanks so much for your quick replies!

I sell never summer boards. I think you should consider the Legacy or Heritage X instead. You have a big boot for a F1 as it runs narrow for a standard board. You may experience toe/heel drag.

Thanks for the reply mammoth.

So your saying the f1 waist width will be to narrow?
I'm thinking of a 163, and at a guess I'm thinking my waist width should be 256ish? (15, -15)

I've seen some reviews of the heritage, Nothing but good things, but how does it stack up in terms of carving, speed, and edge hold to the f1?

Sorry for all the questions, but there's no one around here I know of that I can demo a neversummer.

Thanks,

-M
