Question Lib Tech T Rice...which size should I get?

Hey guys,
Just getting ready to pull the trigger on the T-Rice 2012, but I'm not sure which size I should get. I am 5'8", about 170-175 and wear size 9 boots. I am not worried about it being too wide in either the 153 or 157. I am an intermediate/advanced rider and try to stay well rounded in where I ride. That said I love to hit the park and equally love charging and big kickers. I live on the east coast now, but I am from the west and will still travel there at least twice a year to ride. I know conventional wisdom says get the 157, but I have never had a board longer than 154. I have always had stability issues I believe because of too small a board perhaps? Anyways, what do you think? 153 or 157? Regular or Horsepower?
