Stoked on Park Pickle

Hi guys, I just got to ride the Park pickle yesterday.
I obviously got it for park and buttering and I was blow away by how fun this stick is. I have to tell you that I was previously riding a burton vapor 159 and the pickle is 150. To me is seems I didn't loose any all mountain performance compared to the vapor, but I gained a lot of buttering skills.
Here in Romania you don't get to ride many reverse camber boards, just K2 and the new Burton decks so perhaps I am amazed by the RC and not the pickle, but man I love this board. So many times I said ok Scorpion time !! but the board saved me. Also the buttering skills went from 0 to hero :P in just two days.
I was thinking to use this board just for messing around, but now I want to use it everywhere. Pow is the same or better than the vapor (and it's 159 vs 150). Makes me think when will I take the vapor for a spin, perhaps just for some freeride stuff and kiting.

About the Magnetraction, people kept complaining it's too grabby and that you need a few days to adjust to it. Man, I was bombing on it the first run, didn't seem to get in the way of my riding.

Makes me wonder why is this board not recommended by people on this forum. I see a ton of recommendations for Capita, NS and whatever. Are Capita and NS so much better than the pickle ? Because it's just hard for me to imagine that (now I sound like a fanboy), or it's just personal preference ?

People don't know what they are talking about with Magnatraction. Maybe the first generation MTX might have been, but they got it dialed now.

Agreed, my first gen cambered 156 mtx Mullet would occasionally lock into a carve longer than I would've liked to... BUT...

My 157 C2 T.Rice and my 160 BTX Mullet transition super smooth yet grip those nasty ice patches...
