TRice 157 question

Hey folks,
i’ve bought a 2012 Trice HP on Ebay, already unpacked because it was used as a photo model.
The seller (private person) told me so.
On the first view everything seems quite nice, but on a closer look I can’t find the “sidewalls glow in the dark” effect. Plz look at pic three and tell me if this is the typical sidewall of a 2012 trice HP. (I tried to find it in the dark with a flashlight but..)
Or do I misunderstand this effect?
Further on, lib says it’s a perfect Twin, but mine has a 2mm longer nose than tail. A handmade board so maybe I can disregard that.
I could not imagine that someone faked this board, but is it possible that this one is a not finished version? That the “glow stuff” came later on?
I have no reference to other “high end” decks so I wouldn’t feel the difference if it’s not the one I want to buy.

Thanks 4 ur opinion!
Greetz Simon

thats the real deal man, it would be so ridiculously expensive to fake a snowboard like this.

The 2mm diff in nose and tail lenghts is normal in libs, and wont make a diference in riding.

i cant get my banana magic to "glow in the dark" either.

if you really want to verify the legitimacy get the serial number off the board and call mervin

Ur Banana magic has no "glow effect"
Have a look at Lib-tech.com

But i share ur thought, that it would be too expensive to fake it.

If it was a display model it could be an early run or something, I really have no idea. Honestly I wouldn't let the glow business bother you, the board looks like the real deal I just felt a few up last week and they are sick. Hope it works for you.

mhh, y think you're right, but its hard to believe that lib releases an "early run" series.
