Hi everyone I was just wondering if a new board from the factory has its edges sharpened or if I should have that done before heading down the slopes for the first time this season?

learn from me bro, just started last year and got whipped pretty badly for a couple reasons
1. I just learned, duh! 2. Just learning on hard pack/ice blows monkey Ba**s. 3. Sharp ice catching edges + newbie = the flying human thud crash affect. I used the sharp edges as an excuse, but I just sucked. anyway got them detuned and i'll be in VT tomorrow to get in a full week of, key word >practice<
