Morrow Lithium - Snowboarding Forum

Hey All,

I'm new here and just started boarding Sunday at the age of 39. Yeah, I'm sore but pretty psyched about it. Anyway, I rather impulsively picked up a Morrow Lithium on liquidation for $130 and wondered if this is a decent brand. I sure looks good but I haven't used it yet because I wasn't sure if it needed to be tuned first. I rented one on Sunday to make sure my first experience wasn't a negative one but will try the Lithium this weekend.

Anybody every tried one of these ? Comments ?

Any chance that "8 miles high" is an intended reference to Husker Du?

Well, it is now

Actually, it's more of a Birds reference from the 60's. It's also how I felt the first time I attempted an expert slope.
