Default is 153 too big for me?

Hey Im new to this board.

I want a K2 slayblade and the smallest they come is 153 im 5'6 135lbs.
is that size good for me or should I go smaller ?

A 151 would probably suit you best but you'll be alright with a 153.

I currently have a signal omni 150, I really like the slayblade but don't want to shell out that much money and ending up not a right board for me.

For your size a 153 is pretty big. What is it that you like so much about the Slayblade?

couple of my friend had the 2011 model, they all loved it.
what size board do you recommend for my size.

You'll be fine on a 153, more than fine.
