Riders Choice

Hi All,

I picked up snowboarding three years ago and I absolutely love it! I mostly ride groomers and like bombing it down the slopes.

I'm looking to buy a new board to improve my riding and progress into the park.

I did a bit of research and have more or less decided to get the GNU Rider's choice. I'm 5'10", weigh 150 lbs and wear size 10 boots.

What size would you recommend for me?
I'm leaning more towards the 157, but I read that banana boards run longer and I can ride them shorter than normal boards.

Thanks in advance.
Happy shredding!!

i think the billy goat would be good for what your describing as it is slightly stiffer and a directional twin.

Try this trick and spin it, yeah
Your head will collapse

I have last year's Riders Choice and recommend it highly. It's an excellent all around board. I'm 6', 195 or so lbs and have the 157.5. I was stressing over what size board to get--everyone will tell you something different. You're in the middle of GNU's weight range for both the 154.5 and the 157.5, so you can't go wrong. I personally would put you on the 154.5, as it will give you a touch more maneuverability, but still allow you to bomb the groomers. Enjoy!
