based purely off the picture of the butterfly in the middle of the board, front of your board is leaning on the door

what is the board name and brand?

Its set up regular. The front is the bit that sticks out longest from the bindings (which is that the top of the photo). You'll need to unscrew your bindings, swap them (take the rear binding and put if where the front binding was, front binding to the back), then remount them with the bindings facing out to the left side (for goofy riders). Perhaps take a measurement of where they are sitting on the board, so you know where to mount them after you've taken them off.

If you're unsure though, or have no board/bindings set up experience, the best bet would be to take it to your local board shop and ask them to set it up for you.

you should be able to read the name of the board..so the other way. Generally the longest part of the board is the front. All boards have a minimum of set back. Looks like you have it reversed...the nose being shorter than the tail in your setup.
If the holes are perfectly centered then...you're good.

Yup, switch the bindings so they face the other direction and you will be good to go.
