ICS system breaking?

Hey so i got the jeremy board this year at the beginning of the season. i have gone pretty consitently about 3 to 4 times a week. so i went to the mtn yesterday and towards the end of the day i notice that my back binding just doesnt feel right. i take a look and notice that the binding is sitting about haf an inch off the bottom of the top of the board. i take the binding off only to see that the inside screw on my back foot pulled through the ICS. i almost cried! anyways has this happened to anyone else?? and burton shuld cover that right?

To me, it sounds like something they should cover.

How am I not surprised by this? Burton generally does good warranty work. Give them a call.

Come on guys, like inserts have never pulled out of the 4x4 system before? This is the first i've heard of this happening with the ics system. And yes, I'm sure Burton will cover it.

i would be pissed having to pay 140 to get it to them... id send them pictures and basically say they can replace the board or send me a full refund.
