The HP models replace traditional fiberglass with Basalt fiber and the core with some "special" wood, i think its palowina?. This combined makes the boards noticably lighter, and more damp, with about the same amount of pop and stiffness.

the graphics are sparkly which looks pretty cool imo

if cash is an issue get the regular, if not go for the HP
