hows the pop on it? i know the reverb is more like a hybrid should have more pop im just afraid it will be a little to stiff to butter with ease

Well, I can butter mine, but it's not easy, the Garage Rocker or the Postermania which was suggested would be good for what you are looking for out of Rome. Reverb seems more like my board but in a true twin, not a directional twin. There are other brands of boards you may like though, each with their own take on the new techs out there, all with a slightly different feel.

Hard to tell someone what they will like without having them try it themselves.

The stiffness ratings on Rome's site seem strange to me. I spent a few days on last years agent rocker (same tech as this year) and it was too soft and loose for me. I attribute that to the reverse shape. I much prefer this years postermania that has flat camber with rocker in the tips... still easy to butter but feels more stable.

I have the 2011 Postermania and it is a gem on the groomers and all mountain stuff, while still soft enough for the park and buttering around. Just took it out to Breck with me and handled the blacks just fine. Great speed from the sintered base too.
