Graphic designer here. Honestly, please for the love of god stop using filters and layer styles, they don't make design good. If you take away all the filters you have nothing left but some type that is slightly awkwardly set that has been treated with the smudge tool. This is why the design looks flat. Get the actual design right before you start making stylistic choices and applying filters. Keep trying though.

I don't see anything either. He must be using MSIE to paste and post instead of doing a proper embed.

-EDIT- besides not knowing much about design, the OP doesn't know much about flickr or picasa or photobucket or how to properly host an image.

These are the image URLs. For some reason he has them at some 4th rate site called lulzimg which is slow and prone to connectivity problems

It probably also doesn't help that he used fairly large PNG files.

If that was a good board and was given to me I'd spray paint over the design then ride it.
