Default Burton + Flow = new set ?

Hey Guys,
I am a beginner/intermediate snowboarder. It is about time to get myself a snowboard. I am 6'2, 210 lbs, boots size 12. What I have in mind is Burton Custom Wide 167 + Flow bindings. What do you think of this ? Will Flow fit into Burton's board? I want something that allows me to grow (I do not want beginner's board). Maybe you have any other suggestions I should be looking into ? Other companies apart from Burton ?

My Buddy has that same set up , except in a 162,,, only problem I have seen is hes only able to get 2 bolts in the plate.. Dont know if its possible to get more but says thats all he can get no matter how he messes with it ... Good luck thats a real nice set up.

Thanks, I've heard that Flow has changed their plates and now they come with 3 or 4 holes ones. Once I get them I will let you know. I think I am going to go for it...
