Well, it would be more believable (and a better trolljob) if it was about something more contemporary. Reverse Camber and hybrids have been around for too long now. They're just integrated.

Example, if you were to troll a politics/social sciences board, making a racial segregation troll wouldn't work. That topic is too old and racial integration is so widely accepted that bringing it up abruptly just scream troll job. However, making one about gay people would definitely get some fish to bite. It's more believable because it's a topic of contention in contemporary society.
