Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me choose between the NS SL or the NS Legacy. My boot size is 10.5 and I weigh about 160-170 pounds. I'm planning to get either the 153/155 SL or the 156 Legacy.
I'm leaning towards the SL due to my smaller boot size but the colours of the Legacy are so sick and I was wondering if it would be fine if I bought the Legacy and what the consequences of that decision would be. ![]() Thanks in advance!

That's what I was pondering about. Thanks! Since you've just confirmed that, I'm scratching out the Legacy and considering maybe getting either the SL or the Proto CT. I should make a thread asking about the pros and cons of both!

there are tons of threads asking this exact same question
![]() short version: if you want a true twin with more park focus, go with the proto. if you want an all-mountain board with freestyle genes, go with the sl. |

I would get the Proto just because it has a carbonium topsheet and the graphics are awesome...
![]() Proto is a great board for resorts. SL is better for powder and more damp, and though it can do everything OK, it doesn't do anything great. The Proto is good at groomers, OK in pow, great on jumps. If you live in a place with pow, I would get the SL. If not, the Proto. |
