get two vises and clamp on ether side of the where the edge is puckered. Get something to use as a punch, a socket extension works well. Smack a couple times with a hammer till its flat, it will take some force. Cut away the loose ptex base material. fill it in, id go all epoxy with some powdered ptex on the top. once its set hit the ptex with a torch and it will lay flat. you can buy ptex powder, or i run a stick on a rough file until i have enough. it wont look nice but it will ride fine.

those diecut bases just chunk out. I three or four chunks out of my gyrator that size. that edge pucker isnt bad either. i guess thats riding in montana best rock skiing in the west.
