Default Danny Kass C2BTX

Has anyone tried out the dk c2btx, Ive noticed there isn't too much info out there on it, I just wanted to get a little feedback I feel it's one of GNU's least seen boards out on the mountain. Any info on this board would be great. Thanks!

I rode my buddy's dk a few times and it seems like an awesome stick, I mean from the few times ive used it I haven't really got to fully test it out. But from what I experienced it's a bit on the stiffer side but still able to have fun on it, definitely kills it in the pop category.

It is GNU's big jump board and it is pipe board. Pretty stiff, and an awesome overall deck, has a slightly mellower magnetraction from what ive seen, and awesome pop

Nice its obviously not the best park board of course but how do you think it will do in the park still able to have fun?

If by 'park' you mean big kickers and pipe, then yes. Otherwise, not so much - too stiff and sidecut radius somewhat large for anything else.

As I have mentioned before, it is a decent deck but quite specialized for pipe and big jumps. Because of the compromises made in the specialization, the Rider's Choice is a far superior board for 90% of the situations and rider.
As a result, the DK never really caught on in the market and brand new ones sell on ebay for less than $200...

maybe 2010/2011 danny kass models sell for 200 and under, but good luck finding a 2011/2012 model for that price besides the monster edition.

It is mostly the Monster ones (same board, just slightly different graphic), but there are also plenty of 'regular' ones in the low $200s.
