I am looking to pick up a jib board for next season. I am 168lbs, but looking for something on the shorter side of my size range.

Looking for something that fits these spec:

Under $300- '10 and '11 models
Light and soft, but stable enough to handle a few groomer runs
Flat between the bindings, rockered tips
Blunted
Sintered a plus
I'm in the North East so ice needs to be considered

Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you want sintered AND the rest of those options... I can think of nothing.

Signal Rocker light is your closest but they don't have "blunted" tips exactly. It is however a fantastic board.

Park Flat is softer though and personally one of my favorite boards to jib around on. Because of the rocker the Light is just as jibby, its just the overall feel. I like the feel of the board being bent more than what any kind of rocker gives. Characteristically my jib sticks of choice have been flat or camber. If you like the feel of rocker on jibs (like 70% of people) then the Rocker Light is bomb.

Also a soft downsized jib board with 3 stage rocker is just not going to have superb grip on ice. Accept it and move on. You're best bet here is also going to be the Signal Rocker Light as the rocker kinks sort of feel like pseudo contact points helping a bit with grip.

Take a look at Rossignol Jibsaw or Retox. The jibsaw is a little stiffer but has magnetraction which will help on the hardpack and ice. The retox is softer. Both have blunted tips and sintered bases. The jibsaw can be had for around 320 and the retox for 280-290

Edit: They arent flat between the bindings. They both have amptek which is cambered in the middle with rockered tips.
