Looking to get an all mountain stick that is primarily for icy groomers on the east coast, but also can handle a little bit of freestyle. I'm not a huge park guy, but looking to get into that side more. That said, I would still say it will be 75% for all mountain stuff, and I am an intermediate to advanced rider. I have been looking all over and these boards seem to fit the profile, just wanted to get some feedback leaning one way or another. I am open to other suggestions as well, and price is a bit of a factor here. I would like a little bit of a playful board, but also one that I wont be afraid to charge with, if possible. Also, i'm about 5' 10", 170, so if you could help me in the sizing department, thatd be great too

IMO the Machete is the best of the three if you're looking to start dabbling in the park a little more. It's not the best on ice but it will do the trick. I haven't ridden the SL but it should be better for charging. The Proto falls somewhere inbetween it's stiffer for park boards but not very damp for all-mountain, kind of a different feel to this board.
