Looking to buy first board

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and relatively new to snowboarding. I've been going for about two years now for a couple weekends a year but now I'd like to start going more often. I already have bindings (Head NX Fay II) and boots (Head Zora) which I really like, so I'm just looking for the board.

I use about a 149-152cm. I'm still a beginner/intermediate but I'd eventually like to do groomers and some park so I'd like a board that I can use for a couple of years. I'm a girl but I don't mind if the board is mens or womens but I've heard for beginners, softer is better and more forgiving. Do I want a rocker board? I'd prefer to keep it under $250.
