Help find me a good board!

I'm a 26 year old female rider. I've been riding for over ten years...Right now I ride a santa cruz X146. Looking to buy a new one board. Doesn't have to be Santa Cruz. I'm 5'2 about 130lbs. Like to ride fast and hard, switch, and in the park. Usually ride northeast conditions, either clumps of snow, ice, or dirt! Any suggestions for a good board, flexible, yet stiff??
