Anyone here rode K2 happy hour on pow?
I can grab happy hour for a good price and just wondering if it will handle ok on Jap pow in Niseko. Niseko isn't my local mountain by the way... Dont' get deep pow on my local mountain so not looking for a dedicated pow board but would like the board to float and ride easy enough when in Japan.

well its a flat twin with centered inserts so that is what it is going to ride pow like... far from ideal but could be worse. It also depends on your weight and what size youre going to buy. A lot of the japan pow vids seem like the in bounds terrain is pretty flat over-all, i'm not sure about how steep niseko is but that is another thing to consider. The happy hour has developed quite a bit of hype on easyloungin.com... you could pm spenser he rode one last year and is getting another one this year.

Did you mention the shit show that is EL on SBF? I DEMAND A BAN HAMMER.
The Happy hour is a Believer with stabby tips and now tweakend. Its a lighter weight dudes pow twin. Tweakend in theory should increase the effective base area for powder floatation, so if you're looking for a twin that will float well and don't like rocker, this is it.
