New Board Maintenence - Snowboarding Forum

So I got a new Rome Crail board. What do I need to do to it before taking it out. I would imagine putting a new wax on it, but do I need to tune the edges? I only plan to do some freeriding.

I say wax it and go - maybe a little detune but its not necessary, or at least I don't think so.
