I have to disagree. The Machete is still somehow stiffer outside the feet. No clue why, but that's how it rides.

If you're looking at Capita and jumping is a concern go for the Indoor FK. A hard park season will thrash a Capita. Luckily they aren't expensive and they'll ride well till they die.
From Signal do the Park Flat. Good mix of jump and jib.
Salomon Villain. Its the new team favorite for park domination.
From K2 though expensive the Fastplant. It is softer in the tips for this year. Really it should just be a bit jibbier but still maintain its capability on jumps.

Snowboarding Is...

That thing I do to escape the world and have fun with my friends

Between those 3 the Machete and Buckwild the stiffness says it the same according to the stiffness meter only different the Mechete has pop rods 1.0 and Buckwild has 2.0 so that would add some stiffness but also add Pop so it's a good and bad thing more pop = less forgiving

Yeah but i actually am doing well with my ride, and I've been riding for 12 years. I got it at the last second cause i needed a new board quick, took a chance and i love it. As far as sizing goes, I'm about your height and I'm riding a 163. It comes to my chin with boots on and thats fine for me. As far as the buck wild goes, I've heard good stuff about that stick as well, I might be getting a new board this season as well so i have 2 set ups and its between that or the park pickle.
