Well the season is almost upon us. I am looking to pick up a new board in near future. I am currently riding a Burton Hero 155 mid-wide with Cartel bindings. I love the board any how playful it is, but it saw a lot of use last year and will now be my early/late season board. I currently live up in the northeast and will spend the better part of my season at Killington in Vermont. I plan to make a Colorado trip or two and may be moving out west next summer. I like my Hero because I can make the mountain my playground. It is great in the park and fun all over the mountain. I like to ride everything from trees to the park. I am looking for a board similar to the Hero in how playful it is that will fit my riding needs. I haven't kept up with boards much and am looking for a little input on which direction to go. I will demo if I can, but would like to hear some input on the selections. I am able to get discounts on certain brands so I would like to stick with them. I know this board loves Never Summer and I would love a new Proto, but lets stick with these brands. I will probably mount those new Flow M9-SE bindings on the board. I am 6' 165lbs size 11 1/2 boots 23" 15, -15 stance.
Burton- I would rather try something new Ride, GNU, Forum, Flow, K2- Don't know much about the company Lib Tech- Banna Magic, TRS, T-Rice Pro |

You're best bet is probably the Flow Era. Though enjoy more stability and pop than your Hero.
And I'd actually recommend you just stay with the regular M9's for now. I think the new strap needs some tweaking.

The only reason I was interested in the Flows from previous years is due to the toe cap. Is there a problem with that? Next binding choice would probably be Rome 390's. Other binding choices would be from Burton, Flow, Ride, Union, Rome, and Forum.
