need to tune board, edge question

So i set up my gear last night to get ready for the season, noticed theres some gnarly shit going on at a spot or two of my edges, like burrs or something, just not smooth.

Been looking at edge sharpeners and such, but do i need to put a bevel in my edges? Just not understanding really, I know i need to go over it with a file after sharpening and stuff, but do i need bevel?

This is a jib based board (rome garage rocker)

Will these store bought edge sharpeners take care of the uneven and jagged edges i have?
