Hey,
I am currently looking for a new board. I own a beat up ride DH (158) wich I love and a Capita indoor survival FK (156). I love to ride a bit of everything depending on the conditions. I like to spend some time in the park every time I hit the slopes, but I also love to hikke to find some untuched pow and just shreding the slopes and jumping every where. I am very satisfied with the capita indoor survival for the park and the slopes, but it is not the best in the pow. This is why, I am looking for a new board wich goes well in the pow, that I can still use to hit some jumps or just shred the slopes. I thought the Capita Totally F*kn awesome (157 or 159) would be a good addition to my quiver. Have any of you guys ridden it? how is it? Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you in advance for your much appreciated help. Jay Ps: I am 6" and 180 lbs and have been riding for over 15 years (approx 20-50 days a season) Last edited by JAY; 10-21-2012 at 11:28 AM. |

If you just need to have Capita then I'd probably say an Outdoor 158 or TFA 158. But to be honest I think you'd enjoy an Arbor Coda 157, Flow Era 158, Salomon Grip 160, or a Signal OG Flat 159.

I have not ridden the TFA. But I know I wasn't a fan of the Death Grip sidecut in the Black Death. It felt weird and grip at odd times.
Everything I recommended will do what you're looking for very well.
