Could use some help.

I havent been on a snowboard in well over 7 years and even then I only had maybe 2 seasons under my belt. My boss gave me some boots and bindings so all i need is a board and would like some feedback on board and size. I'm 5'7 135lbs and a size 9 boot. I'm looking for an All-mountain, something that can do park and groomers. I was looking at a few different boards but I'm looking for some input for sure.

2013 Arbor Formula 148 for $299 or 152 for $270

2011/12 models:
Forum recon 149/153 $225

Rome Crail *149/151/153 $250

GNU carbon credit btx 150/153 $250

What kind of boots and bindings? May be just me, but if those boots are too old you may want to invest in new?! Doesn't answer your board question, but thought I'd throw it out there.

The bindings are 2011 burton missions and the boots are 32 STW from 2011 as well. He blew out his knee over the summer and needed surgery so he let me have um.
